Salvatore G's was founded in 2004 by Tim Galluzzo as a tribute to his Italian heritage and his belief that the best meals happen around shared tables with generous portions and honest cooking. Set in the tropical courtyard of Siesta Suites Hotel one block from the marina, it's become one of Cabo's most reliable Italian institutions. The Portobello mushrooms stuffed with scallops and sea bass, the Seafood Puttanesca, and the legendary lasagna with shrimp scampi are perennial favorites. The Galluzzo family continues to operate it with the same warmth that opened the door in 2004.
